SHIPPING:
They are served through Correos España. Countries except Spain delivery is carried out through the state parcel company of each country. For example, in the United States the delivery would be made by the USPS company.
DELIVERY TIMES:
The average term is from 24h to 72h for products in stock for Spain, and from 4 to 10 days for shipments outside of Spain (does not include management and preparation time).
You can track the order at any time since the order goes to the "Shipped" status, when you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking code. DELIVERIES:
From Monday to Friday (no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, national, regional or local holidays).
AMOUNT:
- 3,95€ (VAT not included) for orders shipped to Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
- 5,95€ (VAT not included) for orders shipped to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- 11,90€ (tax included) for orders shipped to Europe.
- 15,90€ (tax included) for orders shipped to United States and other countries outside Europe.
RETURN POLICY:
On Epic! Graphics stands behind our products and will gladly accept returns under the following conditions.
All products will be returned at the risk of the customer who must pay the return costs, must not be damaged and must be in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for returning the products to the company and for keeping proof of said return.
The company has a 21-day return policy. For the return to be accepted, our company must receive the products within 21 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
Any product that is not in the catalog cannot be returned. Any damaged product or with signs of contact with moisture, supplied in sealed packaging, cannot be returned.
